Summary: Because The Asylum is a studio utterly deprived of standards (they've even tried their hand at animated films, for corn's sake), it only made sense that they'd try to do their own take on "Robocop" due to it being trendy that year. We'll ignore for the moment how basically no one wanted such a thing and look at what we got. And if we had to boil it down, we say...it's not that bad, actually. Or at least, as bad as it could have been.
History: The year is 2045, and law enforcement isn't the way it used to be. As in, the era of robots and androids is afoot, and the cops can't catch up. To compensate, a new line of robotic law-enforcement androids is being made, and the first in line is Officer 1, or Andy as he is sometimes called. A skeptical detective named Hammond is put in charge of the robo-rookie while they investigate crimes in the Zone, which is basically the place in L.A. where all the (supposedly) irradiated and (legitimately) poor people go. But both corrupt officials looking to kill the poor and Andy's poor standing in Hammond's eyes threaten to put that in jeopardy.
Notable Kills: Nothing special.
Final Fate: Because those who hate poor people suck, the villains are thwarted when Andy and Hammond put aside their differences, and expose them all. However, it is revealed that Hammond was an android too, and he's killed before the exposure happens. Thankfully, he's put into a new body, and both he and Andy continue to fight crime.
Powers/Abilities: Near-invulnerability.
Weakness: Heavy artillery. Also, if disconnected from any power source, he will only have twenty minutes to live before shutting down.
Scariness Factor: 1.5-Andy may look slightly intimidating at first when that black armor is all over him, but once his face is revealed, it all goes out the window. His youthful human head just isn't scary or menacing in the slightest, and despite all the damages left in his wake, he's still a total good guy too. Seriously, he looks like a guy who got picked on in High School before he put on all that metal.
Trivia: -Andy was played by Randy Wayne, whose best claim to fame was being Luke Duke in 2007's "The Dukes of Hazard: The Beginning".
-Like a lot of guns in these low-budget sci-fi movies, the gun on the poster is a repainted NERF gun. But honestly, if you tried to make a drinking game based on how many films on this site feature those toy guns, all of you would die of alcohol poisoning.
